Furrydelphia 2021 Dealers Den Announcement

Good Afternoon Everyone,

With Furrydelphia 2021 only a few months away, I’d like to take this opportunity to talk to our very patient Dealers who have been very understanding with the entire Marketplace Team during this crazy year of ups and downs.

I am happy to say today that the Dealers Den and associated Artists Alley will in fact take place at this year’s 2021 convention. However, to ensure the safety and to encourage healthy distancing in the den we will be cutting down the number of available tables and booths from our maximum allowed occupancy to a more spaced out number.

Now, this does come with some shrinking pains, as when we did our initial acceptance run last year we accepted as many dealers as our 2020 Dealers Den could hold. In 2021, that number will be much smaller.

We have already begun reaching out to Dealers who have already paid for their tables to determine if they will be able to attend Furrydelphia this year. This process will be fully completed by June 1st, 2021. If you are a dealer who has already paid and you haven’t received an e-mail from us, reach out to me at [email protected]

For the dealers who were accepted but did not pay for their table before the extension deadline in 2020 we will be reaching out to you individually in random order to fill spaces in the Den as needed. This process will be completed by June 19th, 2021. If you do not receive a message from us, you will remain on our overflow list and will not be guaranteed a spot in the Den this year.

For those on the Waitlist, once our overflow list has been exhausted we will be reaching out to waitlisted vendors in the order in which they were waitlisted in 2020. This process will be completed once all spaces are filled or by June 19th, 2021; whichever comes first.

If you are accepted and given access to the payment and dealers system, you will have until July 1st, 2021 to file for a PA Tax License, pay for your table, and register for the convention.

I understand that this is a very stressful and difficult time for all of us, and I thank each and every one of you for your continued patience and understanding during this process.
